MaritzCX's Frank Leinweber Gives Back to the Boy Scouts of America

December 03, 2015

What inspires Frank Leinweber in the MaritzCX Maumee, Ohio office to spend time with Boy Scouts of America? As the committee chairman for leadership training, Frank volunteers his time to train new Boy Scout troop leaders to become better leaders. But more importantly, Frank also gets to witness young boys build their personal character and their awareness of people around them, and grow their appreciation for the environment, the community and themselves.

Watch our video to hear personally from Frank about his experience with The Boy Scouts of America and how Maritz helps him dedicate time to a cause near to his heart.

Frank’s experience with the Boy Scouts of America is just one example of how Maritz employees have a unique opportunity to get involved with various organizations and make a difference in the community.  Our Employee Community Engagement paid work time off benefit gives everyone at Maritz the opportunity to pursue causes that are meaningful to them and make a lasting impression on others.

As Frank mentions, “It’s truly gratifying that Maritz does this; doing something you love and getting time off from your company to do it shows an appreciation for how each individual is bigger than just a corporate employee. I’m delighted.”
