The Leadership Academy focuses on developing self-actualizing leaders and innovators through approaches that are anchored in neuroscience principles. The academy offers:

Growth Groups

Humans grow and develop best within a supportive social structure that provides challenge and accountability. Growth groups consist of 4-5 individuals that commit to meeting every other week with the purpose of enrichment and growth. Based on a foundation of mutual trust, the growth groups integrate the support of being personally connected with the challenge of mutual authenticity and accountability. Educational experiences, informed by human science and neuroscience principles, provide shared concepts and language.

We believe that by developing more self-actualized, people-centered leaders, we are better equipped to create people-centered solutions for clients that can have a greater impact in their business and in the lives of the people the business touches.

Education Series: The Maritz Institute Lunches

As Maritz seeks to deepen our understanding of people, especially how we can tap into the full power of people's creativity and connection, it is important to introduce people to insights from the human sciences and neuroscience. The purpose of our Institute Lunches is to provide a broader group of Maritz people exposure to this insight, invite them to experience it, and encourage them to apply it in real and practical ways in their life and work. We do this by creating a space for knowledge-sharing, dialogue, and social connection with each other.

As the Director of Strategic Consulting and Solution Leader for Customer Loyalty, Barry Kirk assists clients in identifying and refining their customer engagement objectives, as well as defining solutions to drive customer retention and loyalty.
