Mary Beth McEuen

Vice President, Executive Director for The Maritz Institute

The core philosophy of Maritz is to advance the science and art of people and potential both within Maritz and for Maritz clients. In simple terms, the company's aim is to help organizations unleash the potential of their people. Mary Beth's current role, heading up The Maritz Institute, is focused on underpinning Maritz people philosophy with the most current discoveries from the human sciences and neuroscience.

In Mary Beth’s 20+ career at Maritz, she has held a number of roles including VP, Director of Organization & People Potential focused on leadership and organization development. She led the launch of a new business concept called Brand Alignment; was VP, Director of Marketing & Strategy for the global Performance Improvement Line-of-Business; and was VP, Director, of Strategic Management Systems.

Mary Beth has a B.S.E. in Business with a minor in Economics along with a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership with area of concentrated study in Future Studies. Her thesis topic was Life-Giving Organizations and Leadership.
