Christine is passionate about helping clients achieve business objectives through a high level of service. She is also active in the meetings industry, and has shared her expertise in meetings consolidation, the pharmaceutical industry, outsourcing, and meetings, events and incentives at numerous conferences. Christine founded the MPI Women's Leadership Initiative, served as the inaugural chairwoman, and has always been a regular speaker for the MPI Platinum series. In 2006, she was named one of Meetings News magazine's "25 Most Influential People in the Meetings Industry” for the third time, and was simultaneously the 2005-2006 chairwoman of the International Board of Directors of Meeting Professionals International (MPI).
Chris Gaia

Chris champions Maritz Travel's ability to offer value-added services and a proactive client service approach. His former experience includes senior level positions with Citigroup, PriceWaterhouse Coopers and the Farm Credit System, where he was responsible for increasing sales through the creative application of sound marketing and sales management principles. Active in industry and community affairs, he has spoken on diverse topics such as strategic planning, marketing strategy and using technology to achieve competitive advantage. Chris is the co-inventor of Maritz' patent-applications for improving effectiveness of meetings, events and incentives. He has both a Bachelor of Science degree and a Master's degree in business administration from the University of Missouri.
Lynn Randall
Strategic Meetings Consultant, Maritz Travel
Lynn leads our Meetings Effectiveness practice. Her position as a thought leader in the industry provides a unique vantage point for partnering with clients to improve their event strategies. It allows her to align an organization's events to their larger business objectives in measurable and meaningful ways. Prior to her role as a strategic meetings consultant, she served as a sales consultant with Maritz Interactions. Before joining Maritz, Lynn was a senior account executive for PGI and Viaduct, where she developed and executed target marketing communications efforts. She also worked for ICE, Caribiner Communications and PMH. Lynn received her Bachelor of Journalism from the University of Missouri - Columbia.
Steven O'Malley
Division Vice President, Major Accounts, Maritz Travel
Steve is responsible for the sales, marketing and business development for Maritz Travel Company's highest-volume client base.
Concurrently, he serves on the board of directors and as CEO of SME Associates, a wholly owned subsidiary of specializing in Olympic sponsor hospitality management. Steve began his career at Maritz in 1990 as a travel director and has since served in several operations, product development and marketing positions, including travel program manager, project development manager and director of industry relations. Prior to joining Maritz, he served as chief concierge and banquet manager for Keystone Resort in Keystone, Colo.
Cindy D'Aoust
Senior Vice President, Strategic Meetings Management, Maritz Travel
Cindy uses her 20 years of meetings and travel experience to ensure clients receive a high level of support for their meetings consolidation programs. She helps reduce costs, improve buy-in to internal program, supports preferred suppliers, and educates employees. Prior to joining Maritz Travel, Cindy spent 15 years in various capacities at McGettigan Partners and Maritz Corporate Travel. She has served as general manager, where she supervised account management, client services and air services, and has held the position of senior vice president of consolidation business solutions.
